I’m here showcasing our newest flip right here in San Fernando Valley. We have a two bedroom, three bath condo in North Hills. We acquired this property from an elderly seller that couldn’t keep up with the maintenance. He was looking to relocate to Orange County with his daughter. He wanted a quick and a fast and easy solution. We were able to bring one to him, close all cash in under three weeks. So here, let me show you around. So over here we have our half bathroom with a ton of diarrhea on the floor. I’m just kidding. This is a brand new kitchen. We’re going to install a brand new kitchen. It’s not a brand new kitchen. We’re going to install a brand new kitchen here. Wet bar in this space. This is a living and dining room space. Chimney, central AC. Now let me show you the bedrooms upstairs. They’re spacious. Each one of them has their own bathroom. Here’s the walkway. We have our first bedroom right here. Bathroom with a tub right here. And then the primary bedroom, which is more spacious and bigger is over here. Also has its own bathroom that is also a lot more spacious. As you can see, we’ve already started demo. We’re well into the project. Should be wrapped up in the next two to three weeks. So around that time we should be coming out to market. So stay tuned.
